This dessert is made of filo pastry mixed with semolina and cinnamon and steeped in honey

The wonderful layered Baklava with a rich taste includes - on top of all the traditional dessert ingredients, such as butter, whites, yolk and sugar - also the variety of nuts, such as pistachios and walnuts. It is soaked in our delicious syrup and won’t be out of place at any celebration.
