The veal liver kebab is made out of veal liver rolled in the flour and seasoned with various spices.
This delicious authentic Uzbek kebab is sauteed in light olive oil on high heat. It is spiced with pepper, and chopped parsley, then put on the bed of red onion for added taste and served with vegetable salad and a slice of lemon on the side. It is not marinated.
