Cheburek is a fried turnover, filled with ground beef and onions.
The pastry is rolled out and folded in the shape of a half-moon crescent. The ingredients of Chebureki are very simple: ground beef, ground lamb, onions, salt and pepper, water, fresh parsley, flour. One of the best parts about chebureki is the incredibly juicy filling made with just ground meat and a handful of seasonings.
Served with special home made tomato sauce (Satsibeli House sauce).
